Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Tanya spent more than ten years involved with the construction and Interior Design world. As sole proprietor of Red House Designs, Tanya and her team of experts worked on homes in various stages of construction around Spokane and Liberty Lake, Washington, as well as Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Her projects ran the gamut from window treatments to entire build outs of new construction condominiums, homes, and luxury estates. In 2005, Red House Designs was chosen to be one of five firms featured in the national luxury showcase of homes, known as Street of Dreams.
As the spouse of a retired military member, Tanya understands the intricacies of long distance moves and learning about a new area in a short period of time. These experiences help Tanya ensure the smoothest transition for her clients.
